Around Easter, one of my favorite treats to get from the store are all of the colorful and sugary Peeps marshmallows. I love all of the festive shapes that they come in for spring—from the Peeps bunnies to the cute, little chicks. But perhaps my favorite of all the Peeps is the chocolate-dipped ones! Yum!
When I was perusing the Easter candy aisle at the store and saw the Peeps, I thought about what other fun spring treats I could whip up with some Peeps marshmallows and came up with a super easy and delicious treat: Peeps S’mores!

With the chocolate-dipped Peeps marshmallows, you already have the chocolate and marshmallow covered, so all you would need is a couple of graham crackers and ta-da! You instantly have the perfect s’mores treat for spring with only two ingredients! Of course, if you’d like to make it super chocolatey, you can always add extra chocolate to your s’mores.

Trust me when I say that this is going to become your new go-to quick spring treat!
Read on below to learn how to make your own Peeps S’mores at home!
Here’s What You’ll Need:
- Chocolate-dipped Peeps marshmallows (these are the Peeps that I used!)
- Graham crackers (I like to use these graham crackers since they’re already cut in half for s’mores!)
- Optional: chocolate bar (this is only if you want your s’mores to be extra chocolatey)

Here’s How to Make Your Peeps S’mores:
On a microwaveable plate, line out four graham cracker halves. Place one chocolate-dipped Peeps marshmallow on each graham cracker half.

Place the graham cracker and Peeps marshmallow pairs in the microwave and heat in 10-second intervals until the marshmallow is fluffy and gooey and the chocolate base of the marshmallow is slightly melted.

Once the marshmallow and graham cracker pairs are ready, take them out of the microwave, place another graham cracker on top, and gently press the graham cracker down so the marshmallow oozes out.

I personally thought the chocolate dipped onto the Peeps marshmallow was the perfect amount of chocolate for the s’mores, but if you’d like s’more (ha!) chocolate, add a square or two of a chocolate bar onto the marshmallow before sandwiching it between the second graham cracker.
Now your Peeps S’mores are ready to enjoy!

Wasn’t that so easy to make?! You can quite literally have a delicious spring treat within a minute!
